me get the property. I knew he had a lot of experience
and the owner was going to be difficult. His experience
helped to get the house.

If you are looking for a home, not a house, I would strongly consider Steve Goodman. The dedication he has to this field is really something I was not expecting. He supported us the entire way and was able to make us think in ways we didn’t know. This ultimately led to us finding a home- not merely a house as we were afraid at the beginning. That fear quickly diminished and we couldn’t be happier!

I saw Steve's name on a listing site and couldn't help but notice his overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I decided to give him a call. Steve went above and beyond to understand exactly what I was looking for, and was able to work within my schedule to find me the right home. He was always prompt and ready to answer any questions I had during both the home search and closing process, and always got straight to the point--no beating around the bush. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Steve was extremely patient with me over 10 weeks of searching for my best fit home. He showed me a wide variety of different home styles and locations. He is very knowledgeable of the area which was important to me because I was moving from out of state. I enjoyed Steve's relaxed and friendly style and I never felt pressured to buy. Steve truly wanted me to find my perfect home no matter how long it took. I did, and I am so glad Steve allowed me the time to wait until I found it. Once I found it Steve moved quickly to negotiate a great price. I will always be grateful to Steve for his professionalism. I love my new home. Thank you Steve. I would recommend him to others.

He was there for me when i needed to see the bigger picture and he was there for me when i needed someone to show me the fine details. This was my first house and i didn't know what i wanted. Steve provided me options of styles of house and locations and always made sure it was in my budget. He cared deeply to find me a house i could stay in and not some dream house i couldn't afford.
