me get the property. I knew he had a lot of experience
and the owner was going to be difficult. His experience
helped to get the house.

If you are looking for a home, not a house, I would strongly consider Steve Goodman. The dedication he has to this field is really something I was not expecting. He supported us the entire way and was able to make us think in ways we didn’t know. This ultimately led to us finding a home- not merely a house as we were afraid at the beginning. That fear quickly diminished and we couldn’t be happier!

Steve was extremely patient with me over 10 weeks of searching for my best fit home. He showed me a wide variety of different home styles and locations. He is very knowledgeable of the area which was important to me because I was moving from out of state. I enjoyed Steve's relaxed and friendly style and I never felt pressured to buy. Steve truly wanted me to find my perfect home no matter how long it took. I did, and I am so glad Steve allowed me the time to wait until I found it.
