Courtney helped get me a showing, walk me through the process, connect with the seller's agent to express interest in the property, get an inspection done, and negotiate an 'as-is' sale (including seller concession(s)/credit(s) for closing costs, given the 'as-is' nature of the sale, and the likelihood of needing to do a bit of work on the place).

All in all, things went relatively smoothly and quickly (motivated seller [and buyer!]), and we closed within a reasonably short while after touring the place.
