Venissa Thumm was recommended to us when me and my family of 4 (with small kids!) were looking for a home. She did a superb job in helping us find a home, negotiated on our behalf, represented the Buyers' interest and went above and beyond - being present at all the various house inspections that were ordered, at walk-through and she even offerd to be of support at open houses that we visited. In helping us find a home - I was astounded at the amount of help Venissa was able to offer. She actively looked for a home for us, keeping our list of 'wants and needs' in mind. Amazing! She did not just send us an e-mail list of homes that 'sort of fit' our criteria, like most Buyer's agents do and expect us to do the 'finding'. Venissa actually helped. She was there to make appointments to see homes were expressed interest in, she was able to schedule them really efficiently. She shared background knowledge about neighborhoods in Pinckeny and Howell - where we were looking to move.
