Inventory remains relatively elevated, with more than 620 active listings, even though that count is down slightly from last year and higher than statewide months of supply. Homes in Lake County are much more affordable than the California median sale price of about $778,000, though sellers here are seeing fewer bidding wars, with only about 8 percent selling above list and an average sale-to-list ratio just under 96 percent.
