“Kevin was amazing in the buying of our property so it was a no brainer to use him when we needed to sell. He was great throughout the entire process even when we hit several bumps with the market. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the deal done. Would highly recommend.”

“Working with Matt Bonson was an outstanding experience from start to finish. His professionalism, deep knowledge of the market, and clear experience were evident in every step of the process. Matt paid close attention to every detail, ensuring nothing was overlooked and that we felt informed and confident in every decision. What truly sets Matt apart is how genuinely he puts his clients first. He took the time to understand our family’s needs and priorities and consistently advocated for what was best for us. We never felt rushed or pressured—only supported and guided with honesty and care. Matt’s expertise, responsiveness, and commitment made what could have been a stressful process smooth and successful. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who combines professionalism, experience, and a true client-first approach.”
“Working with Kathryn Wetherell was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. She took the time to truly understand what I needed and guided me with patience, honesty, and expertise throughout the entire process. Kathryn was always available to answer questions, explain next steps, and provide reassurance when I needed it most. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. She consistently went above and beyond to make everything smooth, stress-free, and successful. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent, and I would recommend Kathryn to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated real estate professional in their corner.”
“Ryan was great. I had a couple properties but needed to at least sell one of them in this calendar year, with only about 3 months to go. I made it clear to Ryan and he worked hard to deliver in very short order. We adjusted to pricing down after a few fell through, and closed near end of October. He communicated often and effectively and followed up to ensure I was in contact with the Title compant etc. Having been nearly defrauded myself before finding Ryan, he assured and convinced me that this was legitimate and all legal. I maintain my other properties with Ryan and will until they sell likely sometime in 2026. Thanks Ryan, and best wishes.”
“I would recommend Barrett because he is trustworthy , professional and patient. We were very comfortable working with him. He exhibited a genuine concern for our needs and was very responsive to our concerns and questions.”
“James Boyer was always on top of it. I was informed throughout the entire process, from photos/videos to marketing the property. He wasn't only able to sell this one but was able to bring several buyers for our other model homes. I have worked with other agents and James sets the standard very high, I have always had to chase our agents for updates but not with James. I am very happy we chose James out of the many agents we interviewed to list our new construction homes. This one was under contract in days from listing and like many others we are pending before completion. I would recommend James to anyone looking to sell their house in South West Florida.”
“Everything was perfect, they did a great job.”
“My experience with Agent Pronto was a very good one. The process was simple and effective. After talking to Shelby, I felt very comfortable selecting her as my Realtor. She answered all of my questions and a great professional! The whole experience was nice with is viewing several condos and villas. I would highly recommend Shelby Solley to anyone who wants an intelligent, experienced and diligent Realtor.”
“Agent Pronto introduced me to a very professional agent, Christina Diaz. Thank you, Christina - you made this transaction very quick & easy.”
“Tom and Diane Winford were simply outstanding. The hardest working and most competent realtors I ever met. They went the extra mile, and then more miles beyond that. We could not have been more pleased.”
“Larry is by far the most AMAZING Realtor. He was always very responsive to my calls, texts, request, etc. We built up such a great relationship through this crazy process, that even after we closed on our new home, he reached out to check on us. He is always looking to get the best deal for his clients. He is like family now to us and will always have his own seat next to the firepit in our backyard. I would DEFINETLY recommend Larry to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell. AMAZING.. Can't say enough Great things about Larry.”
“Please see the previous comments. Tiffany is the best and truly world class! Tiffany was so wonderful to work with. She knew everything we needed and led us through a very unusual market with results beyond our expectations! We would not have trusted anyone else and she was gracious and kind even when we may not have been. We have referred our friends to work with her, she is the best. Grateful to her and the team.”
“Thank you Agent Pronto. After trying to sell our Condo for 7 months (with another agent) we contacted Agent Pronto. We interviewed 3 Real Estate Agents whose names we got from Agent Pronto. All of them had good qualifications. Jacob Edri was the Realtor we chose. He has personality, and a vast knowledge of the use of social media and other means of marketing. We never had any problems with him. Jacob is a great communicator, caring and he treats you as if you are part of his family. He goes the extra mile to get the job done.”

Captiva offers residents a serene coastal lifestyle with pristine beaches, abundant wildlife, boating and outdoor recreation, and a tight-knit community that cherishes its natural beauty and small-town charm.
Captiva is a slender Gulf barrier island where daily life tilts toward salt air, slow bike rides, and astonishing sunsets. Attached to Sanibel over Blind Pass, it feels blissfully secluded yet keeps you close to the shopping, dining, and services of Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Residents enjoy walkable beach access, golf-cart lanes, and marinas that turn weekend plans into quick boat launches.
Nature is the headline. Birders, paddlers, and shellers frequent the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge and the trails stewarded by the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation. Resort amenities, from tennis to a bustling marina, are anchored by South Seas Island Resort, while village restaurants and galleries—think whimsical stops like The Bubble Room—fuel a lively, small-scale arts and dining scene. Community ties run deep through the Captiva Civic Association, which hosts programs, markets, and seasonal events.
Families value strong schools: elementary and middle grades are served by The Sanibel School, with high school options in the Lee County system via the School District of Lee County.
