Year over year, St. Johns County home values have risen faster than the state overall, with the typical home value up about 5 percent compared with roughly 3 percent statewide. Active listings have dropped sharply from a year ago, down nearly a quarter, even as homes sold have climbed about 16 percent, pointing to solid buyer demand.
