Brian is the best to work with! He has extensive knowledge of the market and was spot on with what the home would sell for and what the home should be listed at. He went above and beyond coordinating minor repairs that were needed to close and facilitating conversations for the warranty claim for the repairs to take place. He did all the leg work for me as I was across the country from my home that was for sale. I can't thank him enough for all he did for my home sale.
