Mountain Island Lake’s rolling three-month snapshot through May 2026 shows several notable short-term shifts, with listing prices moving down even as activity picks up. The median list price has slipped more than 10% compared with the prior three-month period, yet new listings are up about 8% and active listings have edged higher as well. Homes sold jumped around 50% month over month, and pending sales climbed just over 20%, pointing to stronger recent demand.
