Kathy was amazing in helping me and my wife find our first home. She guided us in the process and helped us deal with the stress of trying to find our future home. She was upfront and honest with us and didn't try to rush or push us into a deal if we weren't ready and committed. When we finally found what is now our home she helped us with the negotiation in that she did her research which helped us determine the amount to offer for the home.
