Kathy was amazing in helping me and my wife find our first home. She guided us in the process and helped us deal with the stress of trying to find our future home. She was upfront and honest with us and didn't try to rush or push us into a deal if we weren't ready and committed. She knows the area like the back of her hand and offered us home tours all over from North Charlotte all the way down to South Carolina. When we finally found what is now our home she helped us with the negotiation in that she did her research which helped us determine the amount to offer for the home. She was there when we needed her and answered our questions right away. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone on any day of the week. Can't thank her enough for all that she has done for me and my wife.
