Eagle Pass had 19 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in June, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 74—up 4.23% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in July.
Of those 74 active listings, 16.22% reduced their price in the month of June. The median listing price for homes in Eagle Pass fell 1.61% from May to June, bringing the current median listing price to $305,000. Based on projected data for July, listing prices may continue to fall.
