When we met Allie we weren't sure what we wanted. We had a price range and a dream of a DIY project. We drug her to some pretty questionable fixer-uppers and over a few months. She was a trooper! She got down and dirty in the houses with us.. when we finally did pick one, she was with us to negotiate. When the appraisal hit a snag she was there to save us, and then when the lender went sideways she was on the case and got us to closing. I love her!

Allie was our realtor and she did a wonderful job! We had originally started looking at houses, in no rush to purchase. Then we realized we wanted to really settle down and find our first home. She was very patient with us and was very accommodating to our schedules, esp since Allie has her own family & kids to schedule around!
I would highly recommend Allie for a realtor. She dug deep for a VA form that we needed to purchase our house and continued to get the closing date that we wanted!!
