Start to finish was a trip in giving. By me giving up control and letting Andy and Patti do their work. The Lord Group is one of those companies that proved its return of value during my first meeting. Their guidance was invaluable. Their knowledge of current options and requirements made the process of moving understandable and attainable, not formidable. Both Andy and Patti made themselves available throughout the proceedings with lots of warmth and support. In so doing my confidence and success grew exponentially. I will refer to the Lord group time and time again. On a scale of 1-100, they get 100%. No way to give just thanks.

Andy & Patti were very helpful throughout the sale of our home. They were always there to answer any questions we had and really made the process easy for us. We will be using them in the future for any new property purchases or sales, they were fantastic!

Andy was timely and respectful upon our first telephone conversation to the first viewing of a house. He is innovative and on top the mark with knowledge of which houses would suit our lenders needs. His approach is direct and we appreciated it a lot. He knew we were traveling out of state to view houses and was willing to do virtual tours when needed. He knows Maine. He is great with communication and stays in touch all the way through our Agreement process with sellers to the Home Buyers Online Course, and throughout the lender process. Never feeling alone in the buying process, and he was highly driven to make us cross that finish line to close with our lenders. Andy and Patti work well as a team and documents were always on time or earlier to any deadline.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and the purchase of our home was certainly no easy task. They stuck with us through to the end, kept us up to date on any progress made by all parties involved, and were able to assist us in closing on our new home when all was said and done. My wife and I cannot recommend Andy and Patti enough, and you will certainly not find any team better to get you the home you have always wanted.
