Brett was great to work with from start to finish. We bought from out of state and were moving from Washington for most of the process, so a lot of it happened over email and text. He turned everything around quickly, and when something needed a conversation, he was always available by phone. We didn't meet him in person until right before closing, and it never felt like that slowed anything down.

He handled the negotiation well and kept us informed at every step, including updates we might not have gotten otherwise. When our plans changed, he adjusted without any hassle and made sure the details were taken care of so we could focus on the move. He was also patient with our questions and never made us feel rushed.

His help didn't stop at closing. He has followed up since we moved in and passed along local recommendations, which means a lot when you're new to the area.

We'd recommend Brett to anyone buying in the Des Moines area, especially if you're relocating from out of state.

Brett made us well equiped for our sale with a discussion about his services and the process. He gave us a quick punch list of items to complete. When it was time to list his social media push and other advertisments had us 4 offers (3 above asking) in less than 24 hours with an accepted offer shortly after. Even then he guided us through the rest of the process, keeping us well informed of inspections, repairs, etc.
