I recently worked with Cindy to sell an investment property in Fairfax, VA while we are living in Texas. Cindy took the time to communicate with me long distance and was able to coordinate with my tenant and with a contractor to get the home ready to sell. We were able to sell the home in a short time for my asking price despite a downward trend in the Real Estate Market. I highly recommend Cindy as a real estate agent.
