Dan began his real estate career in the mid-'90s as an investor and owner of multiple commercial properties. After wearing several hats, including being his own landlord for 18 years, he decided to focus primarily on residential properties several years ago.
Outside of real estate, Dan and his wife have been actively involved in foster child ministries for several years, as well as various church-related ministries and events. Their oldest daughter and son-in-law served in full-time ministry for several years, but their son-in-law recently joined the family business. Dan and his wife's youngest daughter manages her and her husband's national accounting business.

Aug 2024 - Dan is fantastic to work with! Trying to home a home 8 hrs away is proving to be an extremely challenging task. While I haven't been able to find that "forever" home yet, Dan's attention to detail and assistance in checking out communities, sending video's, and follow-up on outstanding tasks are amazing.
Dan helped my husband and I purchase our first home in April 2020! He walked us through the process and helped us get the perfect house even though there were multiple other offers. Highly recommend as he is knowledgeable and very enjoyable to work with!
Dan was very helpful with the purchase of our home. I was out of state and my husband was with him. Dan was kind enough to take videos of the house for me to see. He even got the house 12k below appraisal value. I highly recommend him as a realtor. Very professional. He also had the seller do the most expensive repairs, which was a great relief.
