My daughter just bought her first house and Daniel was an awesome realtor! First of all, he was willing to come out on New Year’s Day to show us several houses. Once we decided which one we wanted he assisted in communicating with the seller on our price quote. Daniel made us aware that we could ask the seller to pay for part of the closing costs. He also provided us with a list of home lenders and once we were approved he worked with them to assure that closing went according to schedule. He recommended a home inspector that was very knowledgeable and was willing to spend time at the house while it was inspected and while the inspector went over his list with us. Then he negotiated the repairs with the seller. We live 1.5 hours away so being able to sign the forms electronically was beneficial. We really feel that Daniel went above and beyond to make sure that we got our questions answered and the process of buying a house went smoothly. I highly recommend Daniel!!
