Derrick is an awesome Realtor. He is well organized and always thinks of his client first. Just select the houses you want and he will take care of the rest. He helped us bought a very nice house in Huntington Beach without any hassles. Another advantage of Derrick is that he also knows constructions and structural design. After closing of escrow, he referred us all the handymen and helped us start our house customization project. He even taught us "home ownership 101". Update in 2024 - We moved on and had Derrick sell the house he bought us in 2018. Very smooth selling experience just as before. The house went under contract after 1st weekend showing and Escrow closed in only 14 days. Amazing job!
