Since the first day we interacted with him he did not seem like he knew what he was doing. The original contract we received, as the seller, was not written correctly and had to be HEAVILY edited in order to be acceptable. Elijah sent the addendum requesting repairs and decided to alter the original signed contract to include something he forgot to include since the beginning. Not just that he sent the document after the allotted time and lost the obligation for the sellers to complete any repairs for his client. This shows how he does not listen, care nor works for his clients wants and needs. At the end he let his client sign away his escrow when he requested more time to close. He strung us along for more than 3 months with false information and close date every month. Ultimately, he was really disrespectful and unprofessional as he didn’t want to be bothered to provide an update and yet he requested extension after extension. Please keep in mind that he is not only a realtor, but also a loan officer. It was never confirmed but he may have been the person who provided an unqualified buyer a pre approval when they should have never allowed that; this is why they couldn’t close and requested for extensions. Please beware.
