Eric exceeded all of my expectations. He under promised and over delivered like never before. His "Positioning" of my property in the market delivered multiple offers and an accepted sale price of $25,000 over the asking price on the first weekend it was on the market. I don't know how he did it but we had buyers show up to the "Grand Opening" from NY, NJ, Md and D.C.

My advice to you: If you are considering selling your property...You need to call Eric and let him do his thing! It F'ing works!
