Ethan was simply amazing through the entire purchase experience, making working with him stress free. His expert knowledge in the entire middle Tennessee area helped him narrow listings to meet my specific needs, which were vast and complicated, before sending them to me, saving a lot of time looking through dozens online. His ability to be extremely responsive to not only my needs but the other relators were outmatched with his forethought regarding securing the contract ahead of other offers with the safety for home inspections and time to complete them. I would not be a homeowner if he had not submitted a stellar offer quickly and been honest and thoughtful for not only my needs but the sellers positions as well. Such a pleasure working with him!!!

Ethan was an amazing find! He not only sold my house within a couple of days, but he also helped us find the perfect home. What makes Ethan stand out the most is his responsiveness. He literally helped me list my house over the phone at 11pm on a Saturday, and he helped talk me off a ledge when I was stressing out on a Sunday afternoon while he was spending time with his family. The only regret I have is not listening to Ethan sooner to buy a home. We introduced the idea to him thinking we couldn’t make it happen, but Ethan worked tremendously hard over a long period of time with us, and we got approved to our surprise! Ethan went above and beyond to sell our property. He was willing to rearrange his schedule to accommodate showings that overlapped, which made us feel more comfortable knowing someone was there to represent us. Our home went on the market on a rainy weekend, so at our request, Ethan purchased doormats so our hardwood would be protected from the traffic. We really appreciated his extra help. Not only that but we had over 50 offers on our home! We would highly recommend him to anyone needing help buying or selling their home.
