"Jake helped my husband and me find a rental house in Kennesaw. We were in a situation where we would be moving from 1,500+ miles away in less than two months and we weren't going to be able to come to the area to look for rentals ourselves. Jake did an amazing job getting us set up with a custom FMLS listing search that pushed new listings to us as soon as they posted. That was very helpful considering that rentals in that area are snapped up incredibly fast.
