"I was referred to Janice by some friends and upon our first meeting I knew she was the right real estate agent for me. She is very responsive to all questions and with the staging expert it was easy for me to get the house in shape to sell. Given that the holidays were approaching, we decided to wait until the New Year to put in the house on the market. Before the New Year arrived, I had a job offer in another state and now needed to house to sell fairly quickly so I could move and not have to worry about returning. We listed on December 31, and the amazing marketing plan put forth by Janice's team, brought multiple offers in seven days. She was very experienced in handling multiple offers and even discussed the pros and cons about entering into bidding wars. I ended up closing in early February.
