This was the
second time we used The Tricoli Team to sell a property for us and like the
first time it was as smooth as one could hope for. Ryan came out and evaluated
the property, made some suggestions for upgrades. He followed up with us every
week until the work was complete. Once we listed the property had multiple

I was selling this Florida home for my family as a trustee from out of state, so I needed a full-service realtor. I originally contacted Jeff on a recommendation from a Florida friend who had worked with Jeff before. Jeff and team were very professional with good communications. Jeff handled the original discussions, signing of the contract, and marketing the home, while Courtney handled much of the actual details during the showings, buyer negotiations, and closing.
