Chase was very easy to work with. We were not local and had to sell my sister's condo in Lake Worth, Florida after she passed away. Chase was very professional when we met with him. He also helped us find someone to clear out my sister's furniture because the buyer wasn't interested in keeping the furniture. They even left items in the condo and he guaranteed the new buyer and us that he would get it all removed. That definitely saved us a trip to Lake Worth. He even went over and checked on the condo when we called him about the water and then again about the electric. With regard to the rest of the staff at Jeff Tricoli Team, someone from the Team would contact my husband on a weekly basis to follow up and let us know what was going on and if we needed anything or had any questions.
