We worked with the Tricoli team to remotely sell a home in Palm Beach Gardens while we were located a couple of hours away. The team was very professional and very responsive. We worked with Nicole, who was an absolute delight to work with. We only had to visit the site on one occasion prior to listing and the team took care of everything else on our behalf. Everything about them was professional! They were extremely prompt and thorough with everything they did. Above all they were very honest and showed lots of integrity. This is my first time selling a home, so as you can imagine, I was nervous. I had tried selling my home through somebody else and Liz contacted me, we set up an appointment, and when we met it was an instant connection as to what I wanted. She explained the process to me thoroughly. She then gave me the opportunity to review the contract. She then gave me the time to review the contract, and I wanted to discuss it with family. She said it was no problem and to give her a call when I was ready. After that, I gave her a call, and she replied in person, which was very considerate and made me feel significantly more comfortable than the other realtors I had dealt with beforehand. She comprehensively reviewed the contract with me, and after considering everything that was explained, I signed the contact without any worries or concerns due to her comprehensive explanation of the contact at hand.
