Good experience. The team was available when there was trouble with the first buyer and quickly got the listing restarted to find second and final buyer. Overall it was a smooth sale despite the issues caused by the first buyer pulling out of the deal.

Everything about The Tricoli Team is professional and organized - from the photo shoot of our home to the thorough and efficient title company they suggested. It all worked smoothly. We were provided with plenty of notice for showings and prompt feedback. Someone from the team was always available for questions or concerns. During contract negotiations, Ryan Garcia, did an excellent job - netting us what we had hoped despite a cool down in the market. As an added bonus, they have an office in Georgia as well.
