Jeff Tricoli Team help sell our house in Lake Worth, Florida. She was always there for us. If we called her and she didn’t answer immediately, she would call us back very soon. Reliability was definitely her middle name.

The start with we had to make a list of upgrades that were carefully screened and sent to the potential buyers. after this step, the photographer had to take color pictures of the house. Brandy was there to act as our agent in this particular step.

Finding the right realtor when I decided to sell my Villa which I owned for over thirty years, was not an easy decision. I spoke with many local realtor but I did not feel comfortable with them because they didn’t want to list the property at the price that I wanted. We hired the Tricoli team to help sell our house. How main contact was the agent Brandy Brant who walked us through each of the steps. We were very fortunate because we had four showings on just one day, and the house was sold that particular day.
Brandy was always available to answer the phone and answer any questions that we had. The process required many different steps. After we signed the contract we had to make a list of the upgrades. The next step that we took was to have Brandy arrange for the photographer to take pictures of our house. Even though there were minor color corrections, the photographer quickly adjusted these for us. Of course, Brandy was there to negotiate this aspect. The photographs made the house look outstanding!
The next step in the process was to set up appointments to have potential buyers come by and see the house in person. Brandy arranged it so that the potential sellers would have a 15 minute period in which to view our house.

4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information.
