Jim Acklin is the type of agent put you first regardless of whether you were buying or selling I have used him since 2012 and I have recommrnded him to everyone I know and he has never let me down it is not a business for him it is a relationship and he builds on that in the way that he conducts his business. Jim Acklin is the only agent I would ever consider using he is the only agent who doesn’t look at his bottom line but he looks at yours and that is everything in this crazy market.
