Jim Acklin was fantastic. Jim never made us feel pushed or rushed. He was very accommodating with our varying schedules. We were looking in many towns, many miles apart, and Jim made sure we didn't feel like we were burdening him. He was easy to communicate with and enjoyable to be around. Jim blew us away with his knowledge and experience. My mom had worked as an escrow closer for many years and would tell me things to check on with Jim or to make sure Jim was doing and every time I would check on those things with him he already had taken care of them or had answers for us. This built our confidence in him and his abilities tremendously.

Not only was Jim professional in all aspects, he was also relate-able. My husband and I got along with him perfectly and he was just a very likeable guy.
