She took time looking at the house and getting the house staged, and then moved fast on a short timeline. Kathy was exceptional in helping me understand the whole process of selling my condo and buying a new home. Kathy listened to my needs as a single father, really listened, and would find homes for us to look at that fell within my "needs" list.
With Kathy's help and advice the entire process of selling and buy didn't become overwhelming and made it easier for me.
