I had a great experience buying my first home with Kathy. She really understood my needs and made this experience as smooth as it could be. It was not an easy year, but Kathy stuck it out with me. Kathy made the home buying process far less intimidating for us as first-time home buyers. She thoroughly explained our options for various properties and helped us craft our most appealing offers.

Kathy was in-tune with our preferences and was able to really narrow in on what we were looking for in a home. Kathy was knowledgeable about the area and was helpful in identifying pros and cons to various properties.

Kathy responded to our questions in a timely fashion and was avaliable for anything we needed help with. I couldn't recommend working with Kathy more, she made a typically stressful process smooth & enjoyable.
