I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 1992 and possess an extensive knowledge of the cities and towns I service. I share that knowledge with my clients in an effort to make their home buying or selling experience a comfortable one.

Anyone can promise to sell your house & a fair price but Kim actually accomplished it. In a competitive area of Orland Park, Kim was able to sell our house in 15 days to a qualified buyer. She provided a great experience & would highly recommend her

Being a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect. As a Lockport resident herself, Kim had extensive knowledge on everything and anything I needed to know or will need to know in the future while living in Lockport. Kim made the process easy to understand and kept me calm when I would get nervous/scared. I never felt pressured to like a house and she kept on looking for houses until I fell in love with my house.
