Kim Wirtz fought very hard for us to secure our dream house. When she received resistance from seller's agent she insisted and persisted to get us into the house and get the sellers attention. She then guided us through the obstacles of purchasing a short sale. Kim was with us through the entire transaction. We are very grateful to have her on our side.

When we first met Kim, we felt she understood what we wanted and she had great knowledge of the area where we were looking.

Since we purchased a foreclosure there were MANY issues because we were dealing with a listing agent of the bank. Kim went above and beyond in helping us get issues resolved and moving towards a closing date.
