From our first conversation, Kyle was professional and personable. He was honest, patient and kind. In this competitive market, we submitted 8+ offers. He was always willing to do whatever necessary to make our offers appealing, but ultimately, we found just the right house, and Kyle worked late in to the night to get our negotiations finalized. Buying a house from 2800 miles away was a challenge, but Kyle made it seamless! We would definitely recommend him.

Kyle worked with us every step of the way to find a home or property that met our needs. We finally found a property we liked and purchased to build our home on. Kyle was with us to visit the builder we chose, view home in process of build to get ideas and make decisions when we signed our contract with builder. We appreciate all the support and advice we received.
