In 2013, I traded in my stay-at-home mom hat for real estate, working as a property manager. When I transitioned to a real estate agent in 2017, I sold $2.4 million in my first six months. I then joined The Menton & Ballou Group — a team of top performers with $90 million in sales over the last two years. Continuing education is important to me. I proudly earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation which is the gold standard for real estate education achievement. My Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation shows a commitment to work compassionately with seniors, moving them to age safely in a new residence that best meets their needs. I also recently earned my Pricing Stragety Advisor (PSA) designation, which means that I am skilled in comparative market analyses.
