Irene is the best of the best. Buying a home can be a stressful experience and it really matters who you get as your advocate through the process. Irene made the purchase experience very streamlined and less overwhelming. Was available for any questions no matter how big or small and delivered a service where my wife and I felt cared for as people and not a customer.

When my wife and I decided to list and sell our investment property, we didn't think of anyone other than Irene to help us through the process. We live out of state, and trusted her to handle every detail throughout the process.
Our long term tenant left the home a hot mess, and Irene coordinated everything it needed to be refreshed and put on the market. We didn't have to stress about cleaning or painting quotes, setting appointments, meeting handymen at the property, etc. Irene was always in close and constant contact every step and decision along the way.
We were able to sell at the highest price the market was willing to offer, and we knew without a doubt that Irene had our best interests at heart from day one through the close of escrow.
