Stephanie is a true professional. She spent all the time showing us properties we could ask for. She even helped watch our Grand kids so we could view the properties. My wife and I have done several deals with Stephanie as we first downsized, and then relocated (twice). I was no realtor's dream client. I was a bit of a know-it-all and had a flare for the dramatic.
Stephanie presents as the consummate professional. Throughout all of our interactions, she was gracious, knowledgeable, communicated beyond expectations, and coordinated effectively with all the other players. No surprises. A couple of our deals had to be executed while we were overseas. Both went smoothly. I guess that was a surprise :-)
Our most recent purchase involved some pretty crazy contingencies from us. She got the seller to accept our offer! Once under contract, it turned into a bit of minefield, but Stephanie was able to pull it off. Glorious!
Our deals have not been run-of the-mill. We definitely tested her and Stephanie has passed with flying colors on every one. She's a gem.
