About

My fascination with architecture and home construction led me to a promising career in real estate, and I've enjoyed it for over 18 years. I purchased my first home at 20 years old; thus, first-time buyers are some of my favorites!
Unlike many local residents, I am a born-and-raised Charlottean. I've watched our area grow tremendously, even just since I started selling real estate. I have lived in Charlotte, Concord, Lincolnton, Mountain Island Lake, Mt. Holly, and Denver. You can trust that I know these areas—and every other around—very well.
I spend as much free time as possible with my daughter, family, and friends, traveling, volunteering, and attending local events. I am the 2024 President for the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS®. I am also the recipient of the 2022 REALTOR® of the Year Award.
Additionally, I have a passion for photography, which comes in handy for all of H2 Properties' selling clients.
