I have no regrets about my decision. Patrick was patient while we got the condo ready for sale. We would have liked to get it to market sooner but that was basically on us. We ended up with a great offer and a great buyer.

I feel like Patrick went above and beyond for the sale of this house. This was an estate sale, so we were limited on the repairs that we were able to manage. Pattrick was able to procure coordinate the contractors that were needed.
