Honestly, I hit the jackpot. During this very difficult period for buyers, people with my budget restrictions have been largely dismissed by many realtors. Patrick was honest with me about the challenges I'd face from the beginning but still optimistic that I had a chance to find a suitable property. That meant everything to me. I mean, he showed up. Patrick is experienced and understood the area where I wanted to purchase a home. He was quick to point out anything that might have been an issue with the type of loan I applied for, so we didn't waste time on those places. I will recommend Patrick to everyone I meet looking to purchase a new home.

I want to thank the Cagney team for all of their help in selling my fathers home after he unexpectedly passed away early this Spring.

Having one bad apple can spoil a bunch so choosing top notch Realtor, lender, and title is key to having a smooth and enjoyable transaction. This purchase was for my primary residence and I couldn't have asked for a more experienced team surrounding this purchase. Pat successfully negotiated and had us closed in two weeks. It was great working with Patrick and the Cagney team! He knew that we were interested in eventually purchasing an investment property and when he mentioned that he thought we may be interested in a potential property I knew he wouldn't steer us wrong! Loved working with Patrick. He was diligent in helping us find our home, even in such a tight market and our limited search area (we were only looking in one specific neighborhood). He was able to find our home before it even hit the market and get us in early, which enabled us to purchase the home - I firmly believe if not for this, the house would have ended up in a bidding war. After the purchase of our new home, Patrick helped us sell our existing home with multiple offers after one day on the market. We had a great experience with him, have recommended him to others, and will surely use him again in the future!

Had previously dealt with Guy Cagney, not Patrick until now. Can't say enough good things about Guy, his experience, his knowledge, his reputation, level of trust, his personality! I wouldn't have chosen any other realtor. And now, having newly dealt with Patrick, he was wonderful as well.
