Even though I would consider us demanding clients, and out of town as well, Pearl was flexible, responsive, proactive, and thorough, as well as friendly and professional. Plus, she was very aggressive in negotiations, whether in the initial phases, like acquiring access to a property with short notice, or in the final closing phases, to help us fairly evaluate the market. She did everything she could to always accommodate our requests and needs. We did not have to wait forever to hear back from her, which was really reassuring since we were not local and completely reliant on her for on-the-scene advice.
