If you are in the market for a new home in North California and looking for someone to get the Job done look no further; Reza was amazing! My case was special and more difficult since it was not only my first home purchase, but also I was buying from out of state, but that didn't stop Reza from assuring my family and I purchased the house we would love for years to come. He went above and beyond to explain the process and since we were out of state he even visited prospect homes and sent us a couple video tours of houses we were interested in. We did not know the city at all, which areas had which amenities, and he got us in one of the best neighborhoods of the city. When it came time to negotiate he achieved an awesome agreement in a hot market, during the busiest time of the year where it is hard to get reach a deal, let alone with favorable terms for the buyer. I set up my transfer from work months before and Reza was able to close the deal with time to spare, which was something that relieved a lot of stress for me. Everything almost went too perfect that I did not believe it until I was actually living in my new home! There are not enough positive things I can say, I could not be happier with Reza and I am very satisfied that he was referred to me, you will not regret allowing him to find you your next home!

Reza was the first realtor we reached out to, and after our first meeting with him, we knew we didn't need to look any further. But we did (because just in case!) and it turned out to be wasted effort, because Reza is the perfect real estate agent, especially if you're first-time home buyers. We couldn't have done it without Reza, especially in this insane market. From our initial email to our post-closing questions from him, Reza never failed to respond thoroughly, and always with his personable and friendly smile. With this being our first home purchase, we were definitely looking for a helper type of agent and an educator who could help us through the purchase process. In this hot seller's market, we knew we needed an agent who could get our offer accepted, which he did. We're also grateful for his recommendation on a great lender, because the whole closing process took only 3 weeks and it couldn't have been smoother. Lastly, when we ran into any hiccups along the way, Reza had the best attitude and approach, he kept us positive in our home search. Now we're living in the house and neighborhood that's truly ideal for us!

Reza made our first time buying a home an amazing experience. He truly makes sure you understand everything there is to know about buying a new home in Roseville area, and will hold your hand the entire way. He gave fantastic advice which helped me secure our offer when there could have been a bidding war. On top of that, he truly cares and was so excited for me all the way through handing me the keys.
