About Rich Phelan

After over 20 years as a project manager for several major corporations, I decided to bring that experience to my role as a Real Estate Professional. Because of that background I have the unique ability to see the “big picture” of a real estate transaction and how each step in the process affects the end goal, the successful conclusion of the transaction.

My passion is helping people. Being a Real Estate Professional allows me to pursue that passion. I get a great deal of satisfaction when I help someone find the perfect home or help someone sell their home so that they can move on to the next phase in their life.

Education – Ensure you understand the buying or selling process and the associated costs.

Pricing – Perform market analysis to determine the best possible price.

Consultation – Understanding your needs with regard to timeline, budget and home size & configuration. Make recommendations where appropriate for contractors, home stagers, painters, home inspectors, mortgage providers, etc.

Marketing (for sellers) – Actively market your property using a variety of resources: online advertising on multiple sites, mailings, open houses, etc.

Search (for buyers) – Perform a comprehensive search within the desired areas and budget to find homes that potentially meet your needs.

Communication – Keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Note that Education is the first item listed. My philosophy is to ensure that my clients fully understand the process, potential timeline, pitfalls and costs associated with one of the biggest decisions in their lives.
