Roman helped find my condo in this crazy competitive Austin Market. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Because I did not get the condo I put an offer on, he suggested me to send a back-up contract in case the first deal would fall thru. I did, but not been optimistic about it, and it happens that a week later, he informed me that the previous contract had fallen thru and now we were in 1st place. Thanks to God and with Roman's professional help, I closed the condo within a month.

If you want a local professional to find you a home, Roman is your guy. Roman knows the local market really well, he's extremely professional, he is always available and fast to respond to any message or call, and he listened and understood exactly what I was looking for while we viewed homes. I think my favorite part is just how responsive and available he was for viewing homes. I must have viewed a million before finding my home, and Roman was always happy to keep the search going, even when I was exhausted from looking. All of the homes he showed me were in my price range and what I was looking for, I'm just really picky! He continued to meet me at all times of the week to show me homes until I found the home I purchased. He's also really well connected, from loan officers to new property sales managers, and even later when I ended up leasing out my home. He even had a great general contractor that did some work for me around the house (like stringing lights and hanging TVs).

I have been too busy unpacking in my new home, thanks to Neil Lobos, and I hadn't had a chance to drop by to recommend him. Where do I start???
