My experience with Sal was great and smooth. As a first time home buyer I had many questions from A-Z. Thankfully Sal was recommended to me by a coworker. Sal is very professional, easy to work with, communicative, and very knowledgeable. I have a crazy work schedule and Sal was always able to accommodate to the time I was available to see homes together. Most importantly Sal would reply to my questions in a timely fashion. Sal was referred to us through our loan officer. He provided us with an internet site that we could use to look up properties. He was willing to come from far away to help us view properties, was prompt in answering questions, and kept us informed throughout the process. He knows the market and could run comps on properties in the area that I was interested in buying. I never got the feeling that he wanted anything other than for me to find the condo or single-family home that I was hoping to find.
