Tabiatha Purgerson is hands down the best realtor in Springtown, TX! She's such a hard worker, prompt, professional, courteous, and the bull dog you want in your corner to fight for you! Our experience has been nothing shy of pleasurable which is saying ALOT when selling our old home and building our new home with a change in jobs and a newborn and two other young children!!!
She's so good at what she does & is so in tune with the market and how to adjust to make the most of a tough situation (sharp mortgage rate increases and inflation). Her sound advice and predictions over the spring / summer of 2022 were 1000% on point and I can't explain how comforting it was to have her during that time!
