Tammy was amazing. We had to buy our house virtually due to it being a military move and we HEAVILY relied on her to find the perfect location for our family. She paid attention to our must haves and found us a home that wasn’t even on our radar. She was a bulldog with negotiations and loved having her on our side. She got us our dream house in our dream location. She went above and beyond answering our questions at all times, running a million comps and virtually showing us many homes. She even met us for another showing when I came to town on a whim. She was able to get multiple homes set up same day for us to see as back up options. We loved working with Tammy!

I could make this short and sweet and just say "Tammy is simply the best," but I will elaborate a bit. I was making a move from Pennsylvania to Tennessee and needed a realtor to pick a bunch of houses for me to see over the weekend I was visiting Knoxville. Tammy made excellent choices based on my parameters and drove all over creation to show these houses. She is so knowledgeable und points out the pros and cons of each property, including the location, which is really important if you don't know the area. I found a house I loved and Tammy guided me through the negotiations to complete the purchase. I couldn't come for the closing nor the walk-through and Tammy handled all of this for me. She is such a great person to work with and I can whole-heartedly recommend her and will use her services again in the future. Great job Tammy, you are such a joy to work with!

Tammy and Chad are great realtors they sold me my first home and years later after our remodel we sold our home through them. Currently going though buying another through them. tammy is a great realtor works hard for her clients our house sold within 12hrs of posting and we had to find a house fast. But we weren't finding any houses we liked but she stayed at it every time we when out she had many houses to look at great experience.
