Our family had a very difficult move ahead of us. After nearly two decades overseas, we were returning to the US. Terri was a huge help at every step: first in finding our dream home, then working to close the deal while we were back in Germany, and finally meeting us with the keys after we flew in from Frankfurt. She really went above and beyond for us. We cannot thank her enough or recommend her strongly enough.

Honestly, 5 stars is not nearly enough. We gave Terri an almost impossible real estate agent task. We had less than one week to find our retirement forever home before flying out of the area. Terri not only found our ideal home, she negotiated the price, coordinated a closing long distance, secured our home, and did so much more than I can express here. We really got lucky with this relator. Terri was a pleasure to work with and I strongly recommend her to anyone seeking a new home.

Terri was great from the start of the whole process and then beyond. For us moving from out of state, having Terri go to the home as it was being built and sending us pics throughout the building process was special. Referrals and recommendations for companies to handle all of the necessary things with a new home was very helpful as well. She goes above and beyond and we were very happy with her services.

Terri was an absolute joy to work with! She was very responsive and informative throughout the entire buying process. I met Terri from a posted listing on Zillow, bought my townhome and we remain in contact to this day. She treats you like family.
