Wades knowledge and experience was key to finding me my home! I was set on the Carrollwood area and he helped me find it. Many thanks to Wade!

We had a pretty hard time finding our "forever home". Throughout this time Wade was extremely patient, understanding, friendly and quite funny. I am an absolute perfectionist putting Wade through the ringer so to speak. He passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend Wade to family and friends without hesitation.

Wade has been truthful and honest through the whole process. He is more than a realtor, he is a friend. I had an awesome experience with my second home purchase. I will definitely recommend him to my family, coworkers and friends.

I like to hear the potientials, goods and bads of a home. Wade knows how to really look beyond a house and make it a home. Having someone explain certain details of how or why a home would or wouldn't work out for us was very helpful.

I believe my comments as reflected in the body of the survey clearly detail our view of Mr. Cleary and his staff and his dedication of purpose to finding us the perfect (or a near to perfect) new home. Anything else I listed here would simply be a reiteration. Mr. Cleary is a professional and an asset to Century 21 and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any person and/or business seeking professional realtor services.
