Inventory in Chesterfield County tightened in May, with active listings down about 12% year over year even as the state overall saw more homes on the market. At the same time, homes sold jumped more than 13% from a year ago, and pending sales edged up, showing strong buyer follow-through despite fewer new listings coming to market.
